Well 2 days after the check enginge light mysteriously came on in my 88 900TC, it shut off after running over some bumps on the way home...?!?!?!?! So this leads me to believe theres a bad connection somewhere, and since Ive already checked it at the ECU and AMM, where would I check next. The problems gone, but who knows when itll show up again???. Also, I found a sinlge orange wire with a banana-type coupling plug next to the ECU. It was disconnected when I pelled back the carpet, but that didnt fix the check engine light originally. Does anyone know what that wire does? I havent noticed any differences.
