High idle needs divine intervention...

I am still needing input on my high idle woes. I have a 1989 900S (no turbo) and this is what I have done (and nothing has made any difference):
-installed new O2 sensor (and checked ground)
-installed new cap, rotor, plugs and wires
-swapped out fuel injection cpu (used)
-swapped out AMM (used)
-cleaned and torqued Knock sensor (then swapped out with used)
-replaced AIC with 6 other used ones (cleaning all of them)
-replace NTC sensor with new aftermarket one (not Bosch-yellow head)
Now here is what is happening. When I run A/C my idle is perfect. When I start the car (cold) it runs at about 1000 rpm and as it gets warmer it will slowly increase to about 1400 rpm. When I turn off A/C it will idle properly for about 20 seconds and then will increase upwards.
I have checked the timing at idle (did not check idle speed at the time) and it was 14 degrees. Is this close to normal? Was going to replace EZK computer with a used one from junk yard but when I set it down prior to paying for it someone walked off with it. Can a faulty EZK computer cause a high idle situation (possibly advanceing timing)?
What should I do now, give up? What am I overlooking? Please, I need your divinely inspired remedies!
