find a good place, maybe call New Salem & ask where they get theirs done. Then have the shop set toe & camber as close to zero as possible in the factory spec range. Leave caster as spec'ed. There are some more extreme camber setups used, but I don't like them when I need to "drive my SAAB in anger" under marginal to bad conditions.
BTW; I'm a native of that area, although I'm now in NC. When I lived there, I'd put 4 hakkas on the turbo & nothing would stop it. Even 1/4" of freezing rain is negotiable with that setup; just keep the outer tires in the rough stuff on the side of the road.
