The C900 is hobbled with front drive and a huge weight in front so its handling is never going to be great but there are things you can do. I would recommend lowering the car with aftermarket springs, an alignment with as much negative camber within specs or a little more, and the stickiest tires you can find are the first things to do. Koni Shocks would be my choice not only for the lifetime warranty but the reasonable ride. What the C900 really needs is help to limit the understeer. This could be done with a higher rate rear sway bar to transfer more roll couple to the rear to try to get the rear moving a little bit in the corners. By balancing the front-rear roll couple the handling will become more neutral and you will be able to go around corners better. I do not know of any available higher rate rear bar probably because few people want to go the extra mile to acheive better handling with a car that just isn't going to be that great. But if you do as suggested above it will be enough to be fast and you can scare yourself over and over again on the fun to drive meter.
