i was under the impression that if the other guy hit your car, that dude would have to cover your car and they get nothen fr there car same as if you hit someone your insurance would pay for there car but you get to walk or go buy a skateboard,bike what ever you got wouldnt be a car cuz your insurance would be jacked so high after the accident all that anyone could pay would be for a big-wheel... they still make those
any-how thats after the 10,000 dedutible which means you pay the first 10,000 befor your insurance pays a dime, or call it 5,000 dedutible
or what eva you pay befor they will pay, just make sure your the no falt driver, and there the ones hitting you.
that sucks to cuz if there driven with no insurance then you get the shaft, yup thats right your walken the no fault you got wont cover your car if the other driver hit you and they have no insurance, sure
you can take them to court, sue what eva, in the end you lost your car, just to be safe dont let anyone hit you, be the crack in the between the lines, and you`ll be fine.
