Just make sure to drain the existing oil from that replacement compressor. I'd also remove the clutch and pulley, undo the 12 10mm bolts and look inside for bearing surface damage where the ring plate contacts the bearings in front of the compression piston wheel (don't know the exact name for that part). Sometimes all you need do is turn the ring plate over. Then thoroughly clean and reseal the clutch plate gasket with a nice even thin layer of silicone. Rebolt to torque spec (gotta be around 12 or so). Also, there may be a pulley/belt alignment difference between the two compressors. In my case I had to swap pulleys. Ya gotta have a gear puller and make a little rig to pull them off properly. I found the rig and pulling instructions somewhere on this site.
