hope this helps you brian;
I posted this a a couple of years ago but I'm sure the costs are about the same;
Posting this message for anyone who like me was searching out this cost. I had never had this problem on my Saabs and really didn't even how it worked prior to experiencing my car shaking (including gearshifter) b/t 55-70 mph after a very long highway haul. Anyway I was able to diagnos the problem thanks to this site and after reviewing the procedure in my bentley knew it was beyond my skills. I used a great Saab dealer in KC (george's) and they gave me a similar quote as posted by Anders. Mine needed the full monty; parts roughly 475.00 labor around 200.00 to resolve the RH innerdriver. The indy here in town quoted me about 25% less on the parts and the same for labor. His schedule is seriously booked and it would have been 3 weeks before it went in for repair,so I opted for the dealer. I don't mind paying for honest reliable service and Georges is first rate in that regard. It also doesn't hurt so much when I realize how reliable this car has been for me. Very pleased with results -hello exceleration!
