Front Sway Bar and Lower Shock Bushings

Sooo .. I did the Ball Joints and Tie Rod ends at the weekend.
Easy job with a pickle fork and a ball joint splitter. Calif 93 900 TC.
I did notice the sway bar seemed a bit loose in the bushing. Is this as easy to change as it seems? I notice there are poly ones and the Saab OEM that includes the metal bit. Is the poly a lot better and easy to fit? Is pushing this on to the sway bar end easy?
I guess a similar question on the lower shock bushing?
Phil
Seemed worth sorting this aout before I get it aligned.
And yeah I know .. ball joint to lower controla arm nuts are one time use.
