It's probably OK. If it flushed fast/hard enough to sweep all the air out, then you're good.
When it's cold, squeeze the radiator hose. You should only hear that little pin rattling in the thermostat. You should NOT hear any sloshing, that would indicate air pockets.
If you hear air sloshing around at the thermostat, you can still open the bleeder to let the bubbles out. Normally you don't lose enough liquid to matter, but if necessary you can add a little to the reservoir afterwards.
