Careful about correcting it by R&R of the steering wheel. It's more likely that the proper way to fix that is lengthening one tie rod & shortening the other.
The steering rack itself is the only thing that prevents the steering from going 'too far' to one side or the other. If this is too far out of line, you can over-flex the CV joints or maybe pull a brake hose apart.
Try this test... Turn the steering full-lock one way then the other. The steering wheel angle must be equal (opposite) at both ends of it's travel. Remove & twist the steering wheel ONLY to correct this situation.
