Pray that you have blocked drains. I have experienced my share of leaks, though, and not one of them was from a blocked drain. The only way I found them was to pull the rugs and the insulation on the floor. And then wait for rain, because I could never duplicate it with a hose. And when you think you've found and fixed it...wait another couple weeks before putting it back together to be sure. You may need to pull the knee bolster to get a good look at the firewall. If you've just noticed it, you've probably had the leak for a while. You want to pull the rugs and insul. to see how bad the floorpan has gotten. Could be grim.
Your seals at the leading edge of the door would be my first guess, though. Then, your windshield. Then one of the openings in the firewall. Finally, there are two frame members welded to the floorpan that make the pan succeptible to rust, and holes can develop.
