unless something is going on.
Pull the vacuum line to the FPR and see if fuel drips or shoots out.
If it DOES, then simply replace the FPR...the diaphragm is shot.
Fuel should NOT squirt out the vacuum line. If it does, you're simply aspirating fuel into the engine and I'm surprised it runs at all.
