That VIN list is awesome! Kudos to you for developing an algorithm to scan the MY 1993 production range to uncover the Commemorative VINS!!!
Hopefully everyone who has a CE, or sees one, will be so motivated to forward you the edition number and VIN to correlate in the database.
All C900s are special. Whether it's a CE, an SPG, an SE, SiS, 900S, EMS, GLE, SPORT, Turbo, etc...the production runs on these cars was so small by comparison to other manufacturers that all models are a unique and valuable artifact of our collective motoring heritage. While your endeavors favor the top-end "culmination" of the C900 in terms of evolution, features and technology, I believe that even a totally "base" 900 is an extreme rarity in its own right and should be treasured.
I think that the C900 is on the brink of being recognized as a true collectible. Having this kind of resource will certainly help all C900 enthusiasts demonstrate the shared nature of their interests and document what may be the appreciating value of their C900 cars.
FWIW, you are creating a really wonderful resource that is a true benchmark for all Saab "edition" registries...
Want to "copy the site code" and make an SPG registry too? :)
