The spacers will only restore the height not improve the ride. It should handel better with things back to the origanal aspect. I used the donught spacers from SAS Saab because I put a giant amp and subwoofer set up in the trunk and it was a wee bit sagged to begin with. To truly restor the ride you have two options, new spings or take your springs out, bring them to a spension shop and they can heat and re-size them to origianal spec. I did this on a van back in the 70's when I converted it to a camper and all the weitht sagged it and started dragging on the wide tires I put on it. Worked like a charm and was way less then new. It removal is not rocket science since its shocks not struts but may be beyond your tool setup. Call, the shop may do it all for you for a reasonable price.
