hello, my 91 had HG symptoms so I did a head gasket job and when removing the head bolts found that they came out easily with a short handled 3/8 ratchet. The gasket itself looked worn but still pretty good. I always wondered if just retorqueing would have done it. If you have no symptoms I'd pass on it and just keep an eye on the cooling system components(coolant, fans, thermo , etc) to avoid any overheating. Good luck , bj
