Mark - that's a great question. I just asked a sort of similar question but I'm swapping out the whole assembly (got a used one) instead of just switch.
I am feeling like we're all having the same problem, right? (Both lights on intermittently when hot, pump won't stop running, accumulator is new / checks out good.)
I read since I asked my ? that you do have to bleed system when doing the m/cyl (of course) ... and it seems to me that since the fluid comes in contact with the pressure switch, you'll have to bleed, right? But again I've never done this myself so not an expert.
