I remember the arm pain myself.
If my brain still works (and it has in no way been damaged by propping up a four-door headliner for extended periods of time), I think I slipped the headliner in above the A-pillar covers in front, then propped it up in the center with the B-pillar covers (detatch the upper mountings and bend them out of the way if necessary), then shoved the whole thing forward and started a couple of opposing handle mounting screws. Don't tighten them at all, just get them threaded to basically locate the headliner and get it off my head. Next, I started the sun visors and clips and brought the wires for the dome light through. I then snugged up the rear handles a bit, then pulled the rear window rubber seal over the headliner fabric, supporting it in the back. Start the mirror screws, and generally tighten everything a little at a time. When the headliner is in its final position, restore the door gaskets, which should be hanging down during placement.
Good luck.
