Did I toast my steering rack?

I had a p\s fluid leak that turned out to be a loose fitting on the back of the pump. I fixed that, but now I'm getting a large puddle of fluid in my drive way right below where the pump is. I've checked everything around the pump and find no leaks. It appears that the fluid is leaking from the passenger side rack boot. Is this a sign that my rack has blown a seal? I replaced this rack almost exactly 4 years ago with a Maval rebuild, so it seems that it shouldn't be going bad yet.
