The pins for the connector in the distributor are generally available from the dealer. Take the pin to the dealer and ask to see the general connector sheet from the parts book and find your pin. I'm assuming those are the knife-edge connectors. You'll still have to solder the new connector onto whatever wiring to the hall sensor is left which generally means you'll have to splice a chunk of wire onto the hall sensor wire and thence to the connector.
For the plug connected to the wiring harness the connector pins come already connected to short 6" lengths of wire...you just clip the old pins off and solder the pigtails onto the wiring harness. Unfortunately, the boot appears NLA so you either moop it up with silicone RTV or tape up the old boot.
