Vacuum pump would be better. Its a big hose so you will probably need an adapter. Just pump it up and wait a couple of minutes, then push the break pedal. You should hear the pressure release. Or, if the pedal doesn't move(stuck)pull the check valve seal from the diaphragm and listen for air leak.
