None of the problems you describe are that difficult or expensive to fix for the average person on this board with the help from this board. Clutch is pretty fast on these cars for about $150, CV not to bad either, alternator could just be voltage regulator or new brushes, ABS module can be found on e-bay for about $50 or the pressure reservoir can be found new for about $100 from GM. If the ABS pump is bad, that would be more expensive, I think. Is the car superclean with good paint, no rust, and great interior? Then somebody might be interested. If it looks like a "normal" 220k car that has been stored outside for 16 years, it probably lived it useful existence. Another big factor would also be the type and history of the tranny.
I know these are tough decisions. I have my 89 for which I truly have no use but it refuses to die and I can't get myself to scrap it even though there would be no point in selling it. I have not really needed it for over 5 years now.
Good luck
