The lower dash pad, or "knee bolster", as some call it, slides down and then out. Don't quote me, but I think it sounds like you got the three critical bolts out (the two in fender wells and the one behind ash tray), so now it is just a little carefull but forcefull pulling. It took me days to figure out where the two outside bolts were. Finally someone on saabnet mentioned there might be some weatherproofing puddy on the bolt.
