Put the nut back on the spindle so it can catch the thing when it comes apart. Insert pickle fork, tap the fork into place with a small hammer, then drive the pin loose from the swivel member with a five pound sledge.
You should be happy you don't have salt-happy road maintainers. Every time this job (for me) involves snapping off one or two bolts per side, drilling them down below the A-arm, and eventually pulling the thing out.
You're not going to re-use the ball joint anyway. The swivel member should be okay, just hit the fork straight on.
