Injectors or ECU?

My son has a 91 900S that has a cold start/running problem that is aggravating him and me. When it's cold, it starts but stumbles and is undrivable until it warms up some, at least until all 4 cylinders begin to run smoothly. NTC sensor is new, AMM swapped out, AIC cleaned, FPR replaced, vacuum hoses fine - but it still won't do right. If it had a carb, I'd say the automatic choke was the problem. Once the O2 sensor kicks in, it runs fine. The only things left are injectors or ECU that I can see. Have I missed something?
Help me before I shoot it!
