First thankyou all I've been an avid consumer of your advice without needing to post a message since I purchase a 1992 Turbo Convertible and enjoyed the automatic transmission since 6ok miles,

Now 140k,I've decided to rebuild and restore car as it came from Florida, auto trans is being rebuilt now at Erikisson, starter and alt being rebuilt, replacing water pump, searching for oil leaks, probably distributor and crankshaft oil seal, and perhaps the valve cover. Turbo was not putting out much, I've found inlet hose had hole and solenoid was making noises.

As the motor is out, and I am rebuilding on a budget, Several questions:
What replacement parts should be OEM v. aftermarket to save money?
Any manual tests I can do in Turbo to see if it should come off now?
Any package deals for hoses, gasgets, etc.

The motor came out with remarkable ease and the xmission came off without a hitch , once I got it level, got my Bentley manual, please suggest away.
