If the car is cold when you're starting it, the O2 sensor isn't the problem. It's incapable of doing anything until it's at operating temperature. Sounds like a fuel pump or AMM to me. If you know you have fuel pressure, try swapping the AMM. Could also be an ignition problem, but if it's running that rich, it's probably not just unburned fuel but a seriously whacked mixture.
