Here is what will work....get yourself a little pot or something to put water in. Heat the water to boiling point. Try and put the end of the fuel line in the boiling water until it softens up. Now try and push the fitting in. That worked for me. Be careful not to have gas around to open flame. What I did was boil the water on the stove very hot and took the pot of boiling water to the car. You might trying have two pots of boiling water so you can use both of them to get the fuel line soft. Please let me know if that works for out. george.
