I'd be willing to bet that your 41 08 643 Cruise Control ECU box is Dead!
The 41 08 643 and 41 08 650 ECUs that are used in '92 to '94 900 and 9000 models are pure junk! They either have very poor solder joints or blown components.
In the '92 to '94 900 or 9000 models, I would start with the ecu first, then try eveything else out. I had an inoperative cruise control in my '92 9000s when I got it, 2 years ago. I made an adpter plug to use an older cruise control ecu in my car, then swapped the bad ecu out with it and my cruise control has worked every time after that.
Do a search on this board or the 9000 board for the info on how to make an adapter plug to use an older ecu to replace the bad 41 08 643.
This can be done a lot cheaper then buying a refubished correct box, and it does work. The older ecus are more reliable.
