Oil leak is probably a valve cover gasket, or the seals where the drive shafts meet the transmission, or from the distributor shaft bearing. Power steering leak could be just a loose connection between the hose and the pump, or the plastic reservoir could be split. I experienced these symptoms on mine, they are projects that would be easy/cheap to fix.

Listen for a major whine from the transmission which could be the pinion bearing failing. My 92 900S non turbo 5 speed went 205,000 miles without a transmission problem, that may be unusual and your transmission could be near the end of its natural life. Non turbo could be a benefit in the car's old age as turbo cars were usually run harder. There won't be a lot of off the line power in a non turbo, but they are more than adequate for passing at highway speeds. I saw gas mileage of 24 around town and 30 highway without any special effort.

I would say you have a bargain if its a rust free well serviced car, but make sure she has a reserve for some repairs as they will come up due to its age.
