You should probably be on the performance bb. Still, I'm curious...exactly how much hp/torque do you think you're running? My understanding is that the stock clutch is good for 250hp...no idea about torque. There's information on fixmysaab.com about fitting a 91-93 9000 turbo clutch to the c900...said to handle mega hp w/no problem. If this is accurate, the cost savings over that zippidy do-da' kevlar clutch would be significant. How much have you spent on clutch work so far? In any event, machining the flywheel seems wise as long as there's enough metal left.
