It seems to be running too lean.
0.01% in CO is too little on an older car like that. You also have some Oxygen remaining which indicates that it is not enough fuel to consume all O2.
So maybe the air mass meter is going bad since that usually leans out the mixture unless you have some vacuum leaks or poor fuel spray/pressure.
A new air mass meter and also a new oxygen sensor (if it is not replaced already) might do the trick.
The voltage swing of oxygen sensor is a very crucial part to make the catalytic converter work to full capacity. When the O2 sensor gets old, it becomes lazy and that affects the cleaning/scrubbing job of the cat.
