well, not exactly. On the driver's side of the heater box there is a detachable tube. Attached is a cardboard flexible tube. On my old car (1987 900t) the other end of the cardboard tube appears to have been broken and I do not see any other piece of it anywhere. It LOOKS as if there is a small plastic male connection for it under the speaker opening on a manifold. Another connector immediately next to it on the manifold is for the speaker defrosting opening.

My cardboard tube is not long enough to make this connection but I think that is because it is broken. Am I correct? Can you buy this sort of tubing at an Auto Parts Store or something?

I need to get it attached before I put the knee bolster on. Thanks.
