I hate to suggest this. But on the current C900 I'm working on (an '89), despite it looking fine above, body rot has started in a couple of places. One is, at front edge of the floor pan, for a few inches, just behind the front mud flap and a little ahead of the jacking point, where the wheel liner-firewall part starts to narrow towards the front.
Mine is a rust belt car; maybe yours is not so maybe this isn't anything to look for for you.
You couldn't really see it but the undercoating was soft, for about three inches along and up an inch or so. Poked it, things started crumbling, and after all the worst rust was pounded loose and cracked away, I had a gap about an inch high by four inches long. One on each side of car.
I plan to grind edges back a bit, treat it, prime it, and make a little fiberglass patch for now, and undercoat with bedliner to hide it.
If I get to doing the welding I plan on, I'll make up a steel patch for each area and prime and seal and undercoat well.
Rain making its way down the body will find its way in to this point, and could be what's getting in on your floor.
