hi, at the top left side of the radiator is a sensor with two wires plugged into it, ease the connectors and/or the rubber insulation back and using a screw driver or ice pick short across those connectors, one or two fans should come on. If only one comes on then turn the key to the run position and short again, both fans should come on. IF the fans do come on the mostly issue is that sensor. You should consider replacing it. IN the meantime you can do the following to drive the car and keep it cooler, if this DOES keep it cooler the sensor is bad.
pull both of the wires above off the sensor. Then get a 30 amp fuse from your spares and plug the wires onto the fuse. drive the car and see if it stays cool, you should be running in the middle third of the white on the temp gauge. IF this works it's the sensor and needs to be replaced.
YOU MUST REMOVE THE FUSE/JUMPER WHEN YOU SHUT THE CAR OFF OR ELSE ONE OR TWO FANS WILL RUN UNTIL THE BATTERY IS FLAT.
also...
YOU MUST PUT THE FUSE BACK IN WHEN YOU DRIVE OR YOU MAY OVERHEAT.
You can plug the wires back onto the sensor but if they have not been coming on I think the sensor is dead.
