Got the same issue on my 90S. Was advised last year by another here that there is a wiper relay, located under the knee bolster and mounted on/near the heater unit somewhere. I've still got it sitting in the glove box waiting for a convenient time for the bolster to come out which is in itself a PITA. In my case, intermittent wiper function does not exist, high and low speeds work by the sucker will randomly stop anywhere....I use the "hold your mouth just right" theory for shutoff. Luckily down south in GA, there are no such rigid inspection laws (think of the Duke Boys in Hazzard Co.) YEE-HAAA.

Seriously, I'll be plugging that little relay in soon, this fall latest. If you want the part# just email me and I'll send you the info.

Again, this is the purported FIX, I can not yet confirm this will do the trick, but was advised by some grizzled veterans that this little relay will do the deed.
