I am in a pickle with my 92 900T Convertible. A few weeks ago, i took the back seat out to fix my alarm, the alarm bracket under the seat had a wire grounded to it, but i THINK that was related to the after market stereo and car phone installed by the PO, and when i gently pulled it, it didn't seem to be attached to anything, i didn't actually replace the blown fuse in the alarm at this point.
went to put the top up and... nothing, gave the motor power directly, and up it went. took the relays out and pulled off the covers, put them back in, press the button and the solenoids on the relays don't budge, if i physically press them down, to make the connection. the top goes up fine. i tried with 6 total relays and no dice, also tried a switch out of an 88, which should have been the same. none of these worked, any suggestions? seems like its probably the wiring between the switch and the relays, but i'm an electronic idiot.
