after I fixed my windshield washer system ( pump was removed ) I cannot get the grommet that holds the pump to seal without leaking washer fluid . it leaked with the old grommet so I put in a brand new one and it still leaks . has anyone experienced this problem ; does anyone have any ideas ? none of the parts look damaged or bent so why does it leak with a fresh grommet that seems to fit just fine ? its an 88 spg . thanks in advance .
