Gearing is linear, so, for example, if you double the speed at 1k you get the speed at 2k.
Compared to #6 primaries, #7 and #8 primaries are ~8% and ~17% taller, respectively. Given the road speeds I posted earlier, multiply to get the desired speed at a given RPM, then multiply again by the percentage delta of the taller primaries.
For example:
2nd gear, converted to mph: 14.6kmh * 0.621 = 9.07 mph
2nd at 3k rpm: 9.07 mph * 3 = 27.22 mph
% taller, #7 primary: 27.22 mph * 1.077 = 29.31 mph
Delta: with #7s, you're 2.09 mph faster at 3k rpm vs. #6s
