Actually, I was way under that. You might have been looking at the max allowed.
Do they use a pipe test or are you on chassis dyno?
The car here must run for X seconds at / x mph while they test the car.
That's what the 25/25 and the 50/15 mean.
If the head hasn't been off your car, you may want to try the "Mike White Steam Clean" procedure.
1 - Disconnect you wiper washer line at the tee on the hood.
2 - Connect it to your intake (you should have more then one capped off connection.
3 - Go get the car good and warmed up
4 - Find a big hill
5 - Once your in the boost - hit your washer, the car will start to cough if you have too much water - just stop with the washer fluid - let the car catch up - repeat - repeat until you don't spew a black cloud of smoke out the back of the car.
I did this on my 86 SPG and went from a NOx of nearly 3000 to about 1100 in around 5 minutes.
