I think I was able to unbolt the window, slide the slide off of the regular, rotate the window (as normal removal procedure) and then lift it out. I was then able to remove the motor and regulator (not necessarily in that order) from the door.
Details are foggy, but I know I was able to do it (my switch sticks if I am not careful)
