Would your Saab to a naive buyer

I put my 84T up for sale on c/l. I said in my ad that the auto trans leaks (badly) and although I use it as a daily driver, it's really more of a parts car. I was asking $450 - which I could get by selling the inca wheels and scrapping the rest.
I have someone who is hot to buy it. I told her in an email unless she is a saab person or is otherwise handy fixing cars she probably should not buy it. I've owned this car for more than 10 years and have been nursing in along - I actually told her if "I" am selling it than you know it is the end of the road.
She saw it in person today still wants it (with her Husband). She said she talked to her brother-in-law who fixes transmissions and he said he can fix the trans. (I think it leaks at the case halves and one of the internal seals is bad - and the governor is probably dirty/bad too).
So I am selling because I think the car is near the end of its useful life. (Engine worn, trans iffy, body getting rusty). I don't think she knows what she is getting into. I am reluctant to sell because I know she is going to have problems down the road. If you were me would you sell it anyway?
