I cleaned the used replacement AIC thoroughly with WD 40 when my idle went haywire after installing it on Wed. Yesterday, it seemed somewhat OK in stop and go traffic when I drove it. My idle would come down to about 1200 rpms with no erratic up and down revving.
Same thing as original AIC though, when engine is warm, shut it off to do errands or fuel up, restart, and the warm idle is right on at 800 rpms. Seems like I've been through everything else trying to resolve this.
