I've got 2 of those. They are nice cars, but not worth much anymore. As others said, the automatic is a big knock against them, though if you put in a brand new automatic as opposed to used (are new ones even still available? I can't even begin to imagine what that cost you!?!), that might be worth something to the right person. Sedan is not as sought after a body style as hatch or vert, and 2.1L engine was prone to trouble as well (eg vs 2.0L). Our 1993 sedan also looks great (almost no rust), has lower miles than yours + many new parts, yet I would be surprised if I could sell it for much more than about $1200. But then again, I'm cheap, if you find the right buyer you might get more - just takes time... if you have a complete history, maintenance records, accident free etc etc, advertise it. That will help inflate the price.
