Check the wire to the exciter side of the alternator.
You usually bump when doing an oil change and after a while it'll be down to a few threads of copper.
I think it's green or green w/ a white stripe, but in any case, it's the little with the slide on connector.
Same thing happened to me. Went to roll up the windows and it was sllllooooohttp://www. I said, "I bet it's that stupid wire" sure enough down to three threads of copper.
Clip, strip, crimp and away she goes!
