And you're right, the pressure plate is a slightly different design - the saab tool will not give you enough clearance, and would have to be wound up on itself to fit the different finger design. What I did was used a press to compress the fingers on the pressure plate, then just cut a piece of 4 or 6 gauge insulated wire to act as the spacer. With the sachs kit, the clearance is REALLY tight. I ended up using zip ties to hold the whole works together (pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing, and slave), then slid it into place and cut the ties...just make sure you get them all. Enjoy!
