Everytime I bleed it, I fill the reservoir to the absolute top, and when I bleed, I only extract the minimal amount of fluid to ensure I have no air bubbles, so I'm not draining the reservoir during the bleed. Before bleeding again, I will top it off one more time.
I am reluctant to rip into the master again, because like I said, 3 different clutch masters have all behaved the same way. Its almost like there is a big air bubble somewhere, that under pressure, makes things work properly. When I relieve the pressure, its like it takes the first 1/2 of the clutch stroke to 'pressurize' it again, and the second 1/2 of the stroke is where I get clutch movement.
I certainly will try another if a good bleed / flush of the brakes, and clutch again doesn't do the trick, but it just seems like it has to be somewhere else, unless all 3 clutch masters I have tried, were all bad in the same manner. Correct?
