Saabies.
A bit overzealous removing the cylinder head, then I heard a snap.
Damn, top of the upper timing guide.
Can the guide be removed less pulling the engine, and dropping the transmission?
The bottom guide seem a bit worn. Can this guide be removed also, less pulling the unit.
Secondly, the cylinder was a pain to remove: any techniques to placing back in smoothly.
Should a jack be placed beneath the tranny to support the engine while the cylinder head is out?
