the wire just in time! i hope they are in as good a shape as the seller says for the roughly $1000 you spent. how long 'till you get them and installed?
i'll assume you know what you're doing in the installation, as i think someone had posted awhile back about them installing some and then possibly ruining them as something was rubbing wrong or hung up on or broke. i don't recall who it was or when it was. if you're curious you can search the archives.
will you make some notes on what your rpms/speed are now with the standard primaries and after the install with the #8's? i'm curious to see how much the rpm drop is in the 70-85mph range.
let us know if there's any increased turbo lag from them too? i saw dave's post that you have some super duper turbo on there, but it might give the rest of us an idea what we might expect from stock should anyone ever remake them!
