alternator bushing alternative

I was looking over the car for a trip I'm taking this weekend and noticed the alternator was loose. I did the bushings about a year or so ago and used the poly "long lasting" version. Is there anything better or should I just figure on doing it every year? I've looked around locally, but can't find them and I'm running out of time to order (without paying $40 overnight shipping for $4 worth of parts). Any suggestions?
