This is such a standard problem that has been answered many times through the last 10-15 years that there are probably hundreds of good write ups in how to replace the heater control valve.
Many of those good answers are found by searching because the people that left them are probably gone or tired of writing them again and therefore you might end up with half good answers to this old question.
But in short.
You remove the left dash speaker grill. Loosen and bend down the air duct at pedals and secure it with a coat hanger to the gear shifter and remove the cardboard sound proof above duct.
Use a 1/4" square Allen 4mm long shaft ball socket or a T25 Torx socket on a 1/4" square flex drive screw driver. Use your left hand fingers up through the pedals and steering column to guide the socket into the 4 bolts for heater valve and remove them.
Disconnect the heater rod from valve and pull the valve out through the speaker hole after hoses are removed and insert the new one and hook up the control rod before installing the bolts again.
Not an easy job at all and much go by feel but many have done it through the years but it is probably a couple of more tricks of the trade too if you search but this is the skinny of it.
Good luck
Anders
